Neil Carswell, the driving force behind the legendary southern rock band, Copperhead, is working on his next solo project, and it will be totally fan supported. Y'all heard that right...fan supported, and that means you, the fans, will fund, contribute to, perform on, and even name Neil's next album. To launch this Neil has put together a long list of prizes for your donations that will go towards recording and production. Everything from CDs and t-shirts to actually performing on the CD itself. You can also co-write a song with Neil, or have Neil do a house concert for you and your friends. There will also be a producer’s club where people can listen to songs in the making, vote on song selection and the album artwork, and even name the album. Get involved today!

You can collaborate on a song with Neil that might even make it onto the CD, but at the least it could be a song that you can use on your answering machine, or your MySpace page, and show off. This would also make a great a gift! $2,500 Donation: You will be the exclusive executive producer of the album and your name will be mentioned as executive producer on the CD and you will get an advance copy of the CD (you'll hear it first). This offer is first come first serve. $5,000 Donation: You will get a "Thank You" on the CD ... AND Neil will come and do a house concert (acoustic show) for you. Invite your friends, serve some drinks, bring Neil out to sing and play guitar. You can charge your guests and even make your money back on this one! This offer in good only in the continental United States. $10,000 Donation: You will get ALL of the above PLUS you can perform on the CD. You'll come to our recording studio and we will set you up with some vocal part, or instrument to play. Don't worry if you're shy or lack talent ... you could always play the cowbell. You will, of course, be listed as a performer on the CD.

Our goal is to raise $75,000 for recording and other related costs. We'll keep up you up to date on the tally (like the Jerry Lewis Telethon) and once we arrive at our goal, we'll announce the record release date. A couple of radio stations have expressed interest in this project, so we might even have an on-line record release party where we can invite you to attend and call in to say hello.
